![]() The Raider has a fully boxed frame that's hydro-formed and roll-formed for strength. The unequal-length A-arm front suspension and leaf-spring rear suspension are configured to provide good on-road handling without compromising hauling ability. The Raider also comes with front and rear stabilizer bars, which help improve handling. The Raider is offered in LS trim and comes in two body styles-extended cab and double cab. A 3.7L V6 engine that makes 210 horsepower and 235 lb-ft of torque, is standard on all Raider models. The base transmission is a manual 6-speed with overdrive, while a 4-speed automatic with overdrive is optional. Extended cab models are available in 2WD only, while the double cab is offered with optional 4WD. The extended cab model comes with a 6.4-foot bed, rear access doors, and seating for three in front and two in back. Double cab models come with a 5.3-foot bed, four full-size doors, and room for up to six inside. All Raider LS models include air conditioning, cloth upholstery, tilt steering, a 12-volt power jack, and a CD stereo. Raider LS Double Cab models add the Power and Convenience package as standard, which features, cruise control, power windows, locks, and mirrors, fog lamps, sliding rear glass, and keyless entry. The package is optional on the Extended Cab LS. Several standalone options are available and include goodies like bed liners and extenders, bed rail protectors, side steps, and premium paint.
